• From NYS Thruway Exit 21 - Turn left onto 23B. Take first right (1/4 mile) onto Rte 23 West. Turn left at 2nd intersection (2 miles) onto 5 Mile Wood Road. Shop is 1 mile on right.
• From Rip Van Winkle Bridge - Keep straight on Rte 23 for 4 miles. Turn left onto 5 Mile Wood Road. Shop is 1 mile on right.
• From Ulster County - Take Rte 9W North past Catskill. Turn right onto Rte 23 West. Go 3 miles and turn left onto 5 Mile Wood Road. Shop is 1 mile on right.
• From Rte 32 - Take Rte 32 to Cairo. Turn onto Rte 23 East (towards Catskill). Go 4 miles and turn right onto 5 Mile Wood Road. Shop is 1 mile on the right.

If you wish to return your purchase, you may do so within 5 days of receipt at your expense. You can exchange it for another item or you may have a refund of the purchase price. Merchandise must be in undamaged condition and be returned by insured Priority Mail or UPS.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON "CLEARANCE", "SPECIALS" AND "SALE" ITEMS.

If your item was damaged in shipment DO NOT SEND IT BACK TO US! Notify us by email at customerservice@homesteadgiftshop.com that the item was damaged and what the damage was. Keep the item and the packaging that it came in until you hear from us with further instructions. We will submit a claim to UPS for the damaged item and let you know what UPS procedures are after that. The same procedure applies for packages sent via insured US mail except that the US mail may take several months for a claim to be settled.

If the package was not insured, we are in no way responsible for damaged or undelivered packages.
